Lemuel Freer and Catherine Phillips are my GGG Grandparents. And I am
trying to find their resting place.

Lemuel and his family moved to the Rowsburg area about 1835 (from Bazetta,
Trumbull Co, OH) and raised his family there. I do not know when they were
born or dead. But am assuming for both of them, to have been born about
1790-1800, since their first son was born 1817, in NY. Lemuel was also
born in NY, but I am not sure where Catherine was born, again I am assuming
in NY and I know nothing of her parents.

Lemuel Freer is the son of Martinus E. Freer, son of Jonas Freer, son of
Elias Freer, son of Hugo Freer, son of Hugo Freer, the Patentee.

Lemuel and Catherine had a poss. 14 children, but only 7 are accounted for.
They are:
Jonas Freer m. Mary Frances Bridger, d/o James Bridger , they had no
children
Daniel Freer m. Susan Inrig, 4 children recorded
Harvey Freer m (twice) and had 14 children
John Freer
Randolph D. Freer m Harriett Smith in Wooster, Oh, 4 children recorded
NOT LISTED:
Franklin Freer
David Freer -- my GG Grandfather m. (twice) and 4 children (1 died in
infancy)

I have about 90% of Franklin and David's descendants.

If any recognizes these names and their location in the Rowsburg area,
please write.
