I brought home from the library a copier page of the "county items" from the
"Athens Herald" of February 14, 1889 because an ancestor's name was listed
on that page. I typed in the other information from that page and posted it
here for the benefit of others. Most of the page was unreadable.

There is no more information about the lawsuit that you mention. The "more
to come" referred to the next readable column on my printed page which I was
posting in a separate post. It meant nothing more.
