I have a little information for you regarding this Rizer family. I have a
Carroll Otto Rizer b. 8 Dec 1877 in Athens Co. and d. 29 Mar 1949 in St.
Joseph, Buchanan, Missouri. He was the son of Hezekiah Rizer and Sarah
Wollett. I don't know who he married, but believe he may have had a daughter
name Janeen. Hezekiah was the son of Henry Rizer and Martha Mohler (sp?).
Their son and Hezekiah's brother, Stephen Rizer, is my g-g-grandfather.
