Hi Folks,
Looking for cousins of this family:
Roy Taylor b.1884 in WV. Roy maybe his middle name with his first namebeing
Addison.
He was living in Crawford Co. ILL after 1900 and by 1907 (a good estimate)
but absolutly there by 1908 as his sister, Ada, was married in Paris ILL in
Nov. 1908. (His sister's full name was Sarah Ada Myrtle Taylor) She married
Earl Simms.
Roy shows up on the 1910 Crawford Co. ILL census in Robinson, with his
mother Mary, half sister Orpha B. and brother William B.
He then shows up on the 1920 census of Crawford Co. ILL (town
notlisted)with:
Lydia A. wife age 29 born ILLFreddie age 10 son born ILL
Cloral age 8 son born ILLElsa K. age 4 & 10/12 daughter born ILL.
At some point after 1920 this family removed to St.Marys OHIO.
The only one I've found anything on is Cloral Taylor.
He appeared on the SS death index with last known resisdence
asSt.marysOHIO.
I sent for the SS application and it was made out in Robinson ILL in 1937.
It showed Cloral's father as Addison R. Taylor and mother as Lydia Kinman.
So Cloral either came back to ILL or the family did not move to OHIO until
after 1937.

As I mentioned above, Roy had a brother named William B. and a half sister
named Orpha B. I can't find either of them in the 1920 ILL census.
They may have come to OHIO first.....that being what prompted Roy to move
there.

Would like to find William B. and Orpha B. also!!

I'm stuck on the g-grandfather of Roy Taylor and would love to find family
to exchange notes with.
Thanks
Julie
