Hi Dan,

It is doubtful that you will be able to ascertain her father's name from the
marriage license. Parents were not listed (as I have been told) on the
license. Have you tried the 1850 Federal Census? If they were in Auglaize
County by then you should be able to see the family listing. Auglaize
County Genealogical Society has the full census online. Good hunting
