Geyer is in sec. 16 of Clay Twp. and St. Marks is in sec 20 West of Geyer.
*** History (from Auglaize Co. cemetery book, Vol 1, #1) : Part of U.S.
Patent Deed to L. HELMLINGER 1835. L. Helmlinger to Lutheran Church in 1850.
Adam & Caroline Helmlinger to St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church Jan.
17, 1916. This Church and Cemetery are still in use today. And I did
misspell HELMLINGER the first time, sorry.
