Looking for any information about a Seventh Day Minister named Varnum HULL
b. abt 1811 NY.

Varnum & his wife Malinda or Matilda, b. abt 1818 NY, are listed on the Jun
28, 1880 Jackson Twp., Shelby Co., OH Census.

According to that Census, Varnum's Father was b. in RI and his Mother was b.
in NY.

This is my husbands 3 Grandfather and we can't seem to find anything else
about him. Any clues or leads are welcome.

Also, a "family rumor" has it that this HULL branch is relaited to a
military figure (General, I think) from OH. Any ideas?
