William CLINE (b 1816 in PA) m Nancy NORMAN in May 1838 and had 13 children --
11 daughters; 2 sons. Lived in Pease Twp, Belmont Co, OH

William J. WELLS (b ca 1818 in OH) m Mary (b ca 1819 in OH) and had 10
children. LIved in Colerain Twp, Belmont Co, OH
