In the Genealogy Source book at Ancestry.com
http://www.ancestry.com/home/source/src261.htm
it says "Each county in the United States was required to record the
honorable
discharge of soldiers and sailors who served in World War I."
It also states that these records were kept in the county courthouse.
Does anyone know if these records exist for Belmont county, and if they do,
how one can obtain them?
