Susan,
I believe you are looking for Reuben Falconer. This Reuben was the son
of Samuel Falconer and Elizabeth Newkirk. His sister Eleanor was the
wife of Thomas Ramsay the patriarch of the Ramsay family in Belmont Co.
Reuben was born 12 March 1789 in Washington Co Pa and died 20 Nov 1851
and is buried in Pipe Creek Cemetery, Mead Twp. He first married Sarah
Marshall and secondly Jane Stewart. Reuben's children include Elisabeth
Daniels, Nancy Taylor, Samuel, Thomas M., John by his first wife.
Second set of children included , Emily Shepherd, Penena, Mary Jane and
James.
The source of this info is Falconer of Halkerton by Paul Gifford. I
have found this to be a well documented and fairly accurate book.

Reuben is a collateral for me; I am descended from Eleanor Falconer
Ramsay.
