Henry,

I have transcribed copies of the 1870 Belmont Co. census by Wes Cochran and
there is no
Harvey or Catharine Dillon in the indexes (2 books). I also have an index
to the 1870 OH
census and I found Hugh Dillon, age 17 in Hocking Co., Green Twp., roll
1223, pg. 473.

A Catharine Dillon m. a Jeremiah Hicks 9 Jan 1867 in Belmont Co. (again
marriages transcribed
by Wes). Upon further searching in the 1870 electronic index I have, there
is a Jas. A. Hicks on the
same page, same county and twp. Don't know if this is Jeremiah with
Catharine. If you need any more
help, let me know.
