About the only relevant thing I found was this death record from "Death
Records Transcribed from
the Bellaire Health Department, Bellaire, Belmont Co., Ohio, Vol. 1
(1904-1935):
James R. Degan d. 4 Aug 1913, burial at Mt. Calvary, WV, born 26 Nov 1863
OH,
Father: William.
Couldn't find a marriage for Melvina McNamara & William Deegan for the time
period of
1850-1890.
