Is there any chance that this is a municipal cemetery? If so, the town or
township would have some sort of plot plan on record. Also, I've had luck
with contacting local funeral homes. If there are still burials there, then
there has to be a plot map, etc somewhere, and funeral homes can tell you
where.

Linwood Cemetery is still there. I have attempted on four trips to OH to
locate graves. I have had no success. Apparently, the cemetery has not
been read and the person in charge at the time I inquired was less than
helpful. It is large and easy to locate.
