This was a particularly hard one to do, the copy is weak and there are all
kinds of abbreviations that I was afraid I would get mixed up with the
names-so if you see one that is wrong let me get it corrected. The whole point in
this is to get these names out there so they can be found.

The other thing is don’t be afraid to email me if something is out of order.
I literally had to copy this on to 8 ½ x 11 paper, then line all the papers
up the way it would have been in the newspaper edition, tape these together,
then cut them into articles. It’s possible some of this is going to be out
of sync because I didn’t have time to read all of it as I was pasting and
cutting!
