OH. Philadelphia (Phila) K. KELLY was born on 20 Apr 1856 in Brown Co.,
OH. She died on 4 Dec 1924 in Union Twp, Brown Co., OH. She was buried in
Maplewood Cemetery, Ripley, Brown Co., OH.
