Michael: I don't have lists of the organization "War Mothers" but the
following was included in a relative's obit:

"Mrs. Rose Etta Combs, first president of the Middletown Chapter of War
Mothers....The Middletown Chapter of War Mothers was the first one in Ohio."
I'd try contacting the Historical Society in Middletown. Sorry I could not
provide more information.
