They are located in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio: 210 South Second
Street, Lower Level, Hamilton Ohio 45011. They are open from 8:30 am to
4:30 pm M-F. Local genealogy volunteers available on Tuesdays.

By mail:

"The Archives accepts only specific requests by mail. Mail requests must
include the name(s) of the person(s) being researched, applicable dates,
types of records sought, and an authorization for copying costs. Mail
requests are handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Because the
Archives receives hundreds of requests each month, please be patient when
requesting information or materials. Your request will be processed as
soon as possible. Invoices will accompany all materials sent and payment
must be received within 30 days. Copying copst are $.05 for each page
copied. [The first 5 copies are complimentary.] Fees for certifications &
mailing will be added."
