We are currently working on quite a bit of material to post to the OHIO page

(The operative word above is "working on" = NOT quite ready to post yet!
So this announcement might seem premature. However....URGENT NOTE: there are
currently up for sale on eBAY picture postcards of the infirmaries (or
poorhouses) for 3 counties in Ohio...including BUTLER County. We wanted to
give you a Heads-UP in case someone out there wants to purchase them to
donate to a genealogy collection in an OHIO library. (If you
do...<grin>...please e-mail us to let us know where you are placing them.)
We have copied them and posted the photos for your enjoyment!


Hope you enjoy the site. Feel free to post any information you may have
about that or any other poorhouse ... either on the MESSAGE BOARD or by
e-mailing me. The only way this site will grow to include more OHIO info is
by kind folks tipping me off to it!!! <grin>

Please don't respond to me on this list. (I would get FIRED or SUED by my
ISP if I maintained subscriptions to all the e-mail lists on which I post
announcements!! <grin>)
