Shirley,
Here's the story on the accident:
Texas Man Dies in Wreck Near Carlisle
A 49 year old Temple, Tx., man was killed late yesterday on Ohio 123
when the tractor-trailer he was driving overturned as he was rounding a
sharp curve just outside Carlisle.
Lloyd clinton Byrd, making a shipping of aluminum castings for the
Lambert Brothers Co. of Dilly, Texas, was dead on arrival at Middletown
Hospital at 8:42 pm.
Warren County deputies said Byrd apparently lost control of his rig as
he came around the curve heading east into Carlisle around 8:10 pm. The
truck knocked down two utility poles, one of which was driven through the
cab, flipping the sleeper off the trailer.
That is all that I could find. The was no obituary or mention of funeral
arrangements. Those could probably be obtained from the funeral home.
