I am having a difficult time locating a cousin, Jean Keefer. I believe she was married in her home town of Middletown , OH in the late 1940's to early 50's , her first child was born in 1953 I think a daughter, Rebecca or Melinda. I do not know her married name am looking for someone who could look at Middletown records, marriage and possible birth's if indexed by mother's maiden name? Appreciate anyone's help.
