All marriage records after 1803 are available at the Butler County Records
Center. Their website is:
http://www.butlercountyohio.org/records/archives.html

You can order uncertified copies of marriages for 5 cents per sheet -- first
five copies are free.

Unfortunately, in Butler County, marriages before 1900 do not list the names
of the parents of the bride and groom.
