I checked the 1850 Census for Hamilton County. There were 39 Foleys,
none named Rebecca. I then looked for anyone born around 1836. I did
find an Elizabeth Foley age 12 living with her family from Ireland. The
family is listed as follows:

Alfred Foley age 40 Teamster
Elizabeth age 23
Elizabeth age 12
William age 10
Martha age 8
Emily age 7

All from Ireland.

It sure would help to give her name, it is Rebecca Foley about 14 years
old
possibly living in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio on the 1850 census.
Would
appreciate a look-up on the census. I have no idea who her family is.
