Some of you may have received this info in a seperate posting but I wanted to make sure all my friends in the genealogy world know about this great news:

In case you have never checked out this site, now is the time to do so! Over 30 new digitized books have just been added to the Steubenville books collection on this site, making a grand total of 214 digitized books, all of which are from the Public Library of Steubenville!! This is not counting the over 900 images (postcards, photos) from our library. You can access these by doing a name search or by browsing. There are 10 SE OH libraries that make up this collection of goodies and that pay to maintain the site. PLSJ is one of them.
Of special importance to some of you:

Search for Grave Registration cards and you will get a digitized book on Civil War grave registration cards for Jefferson Co. This book online is only an index to the actual cards. Anyone interested in obtaining the actual info on the cards can contact me directly. Or you can contact the president of the local genealogy society:
