Have you tried the Stark Co. Library? They have an index of obits in the Canton Repository from about 1815 on. Those obits are sometimes from surrounding areas. Their link is

I want to thank Jane Grezlik for the information that the Cadiz Library has
a genealogy room.

Can anyone tell me about the library in Minerva? Do they have copies of old
Minerva newspapers on microfilm? Maybe a genealogy room?

I have several of obits I would like to find for people in the Eastern
Carroll and Western Columbiana county areas that I did not find in the Salem,
Lisbon or Carrollton papers.
