Good Morning

It has been sometimes since I have posted my
Champiagn Co names. So here goes my Jackson/Pine
connected in between Chamapaign and Clark Co in
Ohio.

Seeking information on a Truman Jackson from his
military records he was born in Clark County in
1822. He married Lucy Pine in Champaign Co in
1846. There is mention in his pension records of
Simeon Jackson who was a witness to the fact
Truman had children, could be a brother. Also I
have found a Hiram Jackson who married Abigail
Cooley this was found in the DAR Clark County
Marriage Book on May 14, 1821 so wondering if
they could be possible parents? Truman was a
member of the Company G 95th Regiment of O.V.I.
and killed when the Sultana Steamboat blew up on
April 27, 1865. He and his wife Lucy had the
following children Mary J, Winfield S, Thomas R,
Julia A, William A. Would like to find who Truman
parents were and anything on if he had any
brothers an or sisters.

The Davis/Pine connection

Rev. Cyrus W Davis who was born around 1823 where
is unknown and died around 1896. He married Sarah
Ann Pine around 1844/45 again where is unknown.
They had several children. Oliver C was born in
Champaign Co in 1859 Would like to find more
information on Cyrus father Thomas Davis who was
marry twice Cryus twas the only child of Thomas
and his first wife. Thomas second wife had four
children, Ben, William, Mose and Mary as well as
other family members. Have had some information
that was share in the past on the Davis family.

Also would like to see if there is a connected
between Lucy and Sarah Pine I had some
information that was shared that suggest they
were.
