Hi All

In my gg grandfather Ezekiel E. Turner's will (1889), he left the following
farm to his grandchildren.

"Item 1st I give and bequeath to the children and heirs of my beloved
daughters Melissa J. McMurchley deceased, the farm now owned by me being
part of Straus Survey No. 2938 and bounded as follows on the North by the
Georgetown and Bethel Turnpike - on the west by lands of L. T. Pool - on
the west by lands of Lur Wilson and on the East by land of W G. McMurchey
containing 83 acres more or less. "

I am trying to determine who he received this land from. An older TURNER,
Adam and several younger Turners lived next to Ezekiel in the 1850 Census.
Possibly this land came from him?

Can anyone shed any light on this?
