i just want to tell everyone thank you for all the kind thoughts and well
wishes. it has been so uplifting to receive all the words of comfort from
all my clermont co cousins. standing on the top of the ladder was not one
of my brighter moments,and for falling 8' onto cement, i consider myself
very fortunate. if i had been a skinny person, i probably would have broken
every bone in my body.

i'm pretty sure i'll be the only shop in kansas who will still have all
their christmas decorations up during harvest.

please excuse the errors since i am typing with my right thumb. my left
side is a mess, and i am totally left-handed. maybe this will teach me
something.

i miss you all but have been reading all the list letters like crazy.
