I have quite a bit of information on Nathaniel Laycock, Sr. and children.......I'd be
happy to share.

Subject: More McCann/ Nathaniel Laycock
|Maybe if I chase some of these McCann women I can learn more of this family.
|Three McCann women married in the 1830's: Elizabeth to Robert McAllister
|1833
|Mary to Nathan Laycock in 1833 and Sarah Ann to James McAllister in 1837. I
|am hoping that two of these three may turn out to be my gr gr grandfather
|David McCann who married Lucinda Dunton in Clermont in 1837 that they might
|be his sisters. So far I have not found any census records of Robert
|McAllister in Ohio. James McAllister is in 1860 Hamilton Co Green Twp census
|p. 366, May or may not be the same. BUT Nathan Laycock is in the
|1830/1840/1850/1860 census all for Clermont County. What I could like to find
|is where the family is buried, perhaps when his wife Mary died. Maybe that
|might give me a start to find a death certif. or a will that might name her
|brothers? Any idea? Thanks Dorothy
