Jeri, I know this is nit-picking butfor all of you that need lookups would
you please format the info so that it will print on an 8 1/2 piece of paper.
The reason I ask this is so that I can print it without having to handwrite
most of the info. I'm not complaining just getting old and lazy I guess.

I believe the father was a John STEWARD and know he was in Clermont Co. by 1813 when he and Oliver MEDARIS purchased land from a William LYTLE. I believe that John had (at least) sons Amasa and Isaac. Both married Oliver MEDARIS' daughters Regina and Wilmuth. Amasa is our ancestor but I would like to find where these roots go. Amasa is listed as being born in PA. Isaac is listed in the 1850 census index in Union Twp. Clermont Co. on page 476. If anyone ever gets a chance to look that up for me I would be so grateful! I'd like to see if it is the same Isaac married to Wilmuth and who their children are. Someone sent a brief list that might be his children: James S., Sarah who might have married a Wilson, Elizabeth that might have married a CASHNER, Emily that may have married a WILLIAMS.

Perhaps Cornelius and James are John's sons as they are in the 16-26 column. John has 9 boys and 3 girls in his house! It would be so wonderful to find information on this family.....
