Want to Thank everyone that sent in info. on the COX`s (BELOW)
My William Cox has been a hard one to find, and it appears he isn`t
listed at the household for Wm.Cox Ohio Twp. pg.218 as well.
The research that`s been passed down on William Cox and Nancy Ann Owens
list`s a daughter Catherine Cox born abt.1835 PA- I believe this to be
a Catherine Roderick that married Frederick Creamer.
(father Abram Roderick, mother unknown, maybe Nancy)
A W.J. listed as a child of William and Nancy`s may be a M.J. and
female. As listed with Nancy and 2`nd husband Samuel Bennington on the
1850 Census for Adams Co.,OH meigs twp.(Catherine isn`t listed, but
lives next door to Nancy and Samuel on the 1860 Census- Creamer)
I`m hoping John and Henry Cox are brother`s to my William Cox and I
can find more info. There are wills and estates for all the Cox`s
in Hamilton Co.,OH which may lead to the connection.
Thanks again to everyone that helped!
Sue
