Those looking for info about John and William Drummond, Isaac Penny, and
Silas Worthington: I have Memorandum of Marriagae Licenses issued in
Clermont County between 23 Sept 1839 to 29 Aug 1846. This is what I found;
hope it's something new.

Isaac Penney, age 23 to Louisa Marie Worthington, age 16; on 24 Feb
1846.
Proof made by the brother of Miss Worthington (a note: In the Marriage

Record book Isaac's surname was spelled Penry)

Josiah Drummond age 22, to Rebecca Jane Athey age 17; on Feb 13, 1840.
The certificate of the father of Miss Athey produced and proved by Wm.

Dunham? who also proved Mr. Drummond to be over 21 years of age. (a
note:
In the Marriage Record book, Josiah is written as Isiah)
