Yes, in reprint form. Occasionally you will see an original copy for sale somewhere
at a rather high price (such as at E-bay or Amazon). Here is the information

The History of Brown County, Ohio, containing A History of the County......Etc.,
Etc. Illustrated. Parts I and II, Chicago, W. H. Beers & Co., 1883. The Preface
is signed by "The Publishers" without an individual author. Reprinted by Higginson
Book Company, in one volume. (Same address
and ordering information as above).

I'll be glad to do lookups for you but the History of Brown County has no index of
surnames in it. The History of Clermont County likewise was originally published
without an index but one has been added to the reprint edition by the Clermont
County Genealogical Society.
