Lots of folks are confused about the Ohio counties relationship to Ky counties across the River.
The following is my amateurish attempt to show the counties on the Ohio side and the counties just
across the Ohio River. As we all know that River makes many many curves and is not straight as
shown below. I would sure like to see someone with more expertise than I take this basis
representation and design a professional layout that could be posted to many county sites.
