Thank you so much Donna! I imagine it's possible that when arrangements
were being made to "ship" the body to Batavia it was discovered that for
some reason he could not be buried in Citizens' Cemetery. I can't begin
to imagine just how many Charles Smiths there may be buried in Ohio but
at least with the help of kind list members such as you, Jo & Hermon I
can narrow some down to Clermont Co. If Jo can't find him in Citizens'
Cemetery with his 1st wife I certainly will be begging list members for
help in contacting the Williamsburg Cemetery.
Again I have to say - what a great list!
