Herm, Bud was Reed's son-in-law. He drove the old huckster bus before me.
It was painted on the front of the bus, over the windshield, "Here comes Bud".
They hired me when Bud decided to quit. I drove it until I was called up for
the army and then they didn't renew the license when they came due, and took
it off the road.
