I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that John Wheeler, late a
private
in the State Line and disabled in the service of the Commonwealth, is put on
the
list of pensioners pursuant to an act of the General Assembly passed at the
present session with and allowance of eight pounds yearly, commencing the
first
day of January 1792. Given under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth
of
Virginia at Richmond this 13th day of December 1791.
