I am looking for information on the L.P.D.T or I.P.D.T. Society.
The information I have is from the Journal of Ella H. Taylor.
On Saturday, July 20, 1889, the I.P.D.T. of L.P.D.T. Society arrived at the
Highland County Caves. Known as the Seven Caves and are located in Highland
County on the boarder of Ross County, a few miles from Bainbridge. This
Society would camp there until July 26, 1889.
I know from the writing that the group from Sabina, Richland Township,
Clinton County arrived at the camp site and put up the tents for others to
arrive later in the day.
I traced most of the names mentioned in the Journal, and know that there
where groups from Chillicothe Ross County, Lebanon Warren County, Cincinnati
Hamilton County, Greenfield Highland County, Springfield Clark County, and of
course Clinton County.
Does anyone out there know what the L.P.D.T. or I.P.D.T. Society was?
Thanks for your help.
