I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any information on Elizabeth
Smith born c1841 and married John Tullis November 29, 1858 in Clinton County??
She died in 1862 in childbirth. It is actually quite a sad story. When she
died her husband gave their 2 year old daughter Amanda Jane to the neighbors,
Eden and Nancy Andrew and went off to the Civil War. He died before ever
seeing action. I have a little bit of information to offer on the Andrew and
Tullis families if anyone is interested.
