Does anyone have a copy of the following?

Columbiana County, Ohio Cemetery Inscriptions, Index to volumes 1 thru 14

If so, and if it is not too much trouble, I would appreciate a lookup for
persons with the suename of FYNES or FINES. I have ancestors by thses names
who lived in the East Palestine and Salem areas.
