I am looking for the Powell family that may have moved
into Columbiana Co. Ohio in the early 1800 Hannah
Powell married James C Burson March 10,1822 in
Columbiana James was the son of John Burson and
Catherine Hann James was born in Loudoun Co. Va. in
1801 Hannah was born in Va. in 1800 parents unknown
the had the following children Elizabeth born May
20,1824 Catherine b 1826 William b April 10,1828 John
born June 14,1830 Esther Susan born July 22,1833
Margaret born Feb.22,1838 Hannah my Great grand mother
was born Feb.22,1838 all were born in Columbiana Co.
Except James B Burson he was born in Shade Ohio in
Athens Co. in Feb.10,1842 James and Hannah moved to
Shade Ohio in 1839 then it was called Pleasent Ohio in
Athens Co. Any information on the Burson or Powell
which would be Hannah Parents would be very mush
