Although neither Lowtown or Felicity are listed, there is good resource
for "old" names for places in Ohio that can be seen at

Since we're on the subjects of obscure small towns in Columbiana County,
my father was wondering if anyone has heard of Felicity (were we just
talking about this , by the way - if so, please forgive me for not
following along). He said it would have been in Franklin township.
He had read an historical gun-maker he's particularly interested in had
his shop based there.
Any information would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.
