1870 census Salem, Columbianna Co., OH

James Leach, 65 yrs., Born in MARYLAND, occ: Clock Repairs.
He is listed alone, widowed.
His mother was foriegn born. He is a citizen of US.

1880 census Salem, Columbianna Co., OH

James Leach, 75 yrs. Clock mender, father born ???
mother born: Ireland
wife: Katherine, 75 yrs.
step-son: Jacob A. Smith 44 yrs.

This James W. Leach is documented to have arrived Salem about 1810, and was raised by Joshua Wright, of Salem. I would like to know if Joshua Wright was a QUAKER? And if Joshua Wright was a relative, or only took James as an orphan.

In the 1800 census at Frederick Co. Maryland there is a Joshua Wright, listed at Frederick Co., Liberty Town, 7th district. I want to know if this is the same Joshua Wright, later of Salem, and the guardian of James W. Leach?
