Christy,

East Liverpool has always had barges going back & forth in
the OH River, even to this day! Though I'm not a young person, family
aged, when I was young in the 1960's, there was coal delivered in the
winter, & assume it came by barges up the river from PA & WVA.
Can anyone answer her question specifically? Cathy
