I'm sorry to hear about your stepson and father. Hope that all goes
OK for you and them. Yes, Ann/Hannah Lewis Peavler was the name we
corresponded on! Now I remember. I wasn't able to find him/them in the
Pioneer Lewis Families book, was I? Have you made any progress on that?

I belong to the Crawford Co OH list too, and saw your post for
Bieber/Utz. While those aren't names that I research, I looked in the 2
vol. set of History of Crawford Co OH and saw that there is a photo of
Lewis Battefeld in there. I suppose that you have seen it, huh? Also,
the Bieber name is spelled Biber in there. I have a post on that list
also, for my elusive Charles B. Lewis.

Are you in Missouri? I'm in California,but my family has a summer
place at Osage Beach in Missouri. Wish I could get there more often.
Talk to you when you settle after the operation in Ohio. Hope things go
OK.
