James Leroy Parsel (8 May 1880-21 Aug 1947) married Otta Belle Tinkey, a daughter of James Tinkey and Margaret Martin of Richland Co., OH. Otta is a descendant of Martin Swickard and I am working to try to do as complete a genealogy of the Swickard family in America as possible. I am therefore looking for descendants of James and Otta Parsel to the present day. By the way, Otta's sister, Mary Charity Tinkey, married James' brother, William Benjamin Parsel.
