Hi there:

Valley View is a small Village right now in Cuyahoga County. It is just
south of Cleveland and is situated around the Cuyahoga River and the
Canal. It is mostly housing, with a few businesses. Back in earlier
years there was a lot of farming done there. I don't know about the 4H
meetings. The previous posting about it being by Vermilion is not the
same Valley View, as Vermilion is not in Cuyahoga County.
