Hi all,

Can anyone that is researching the Ohio Hunts help me with my family
line. I have a direct line connection to both Horace Hunt and Betsey
(???) Shatto below that married in Cuyahoga, Co., OH 29 Dec 1849. Any
help would be appreciated.

Would like to find the parents of Horace Hunt born abt 1810 in NY. From
his first marriage he had the following Children:

Henry HUNT b. abt 1836 OH, and may have married Emma STRUGES 9 Nov 1864
in Cuyahoga, Co., OH

Eliza HUNT b. abt 1842, and may have married H. FITZWATER 14 Sep 1861 in
Cuyahoga, Co., OH

Hanna Hunt b. abt 1844, married James F. Shatto, in Lake Co., OH

Second Horace married Betsey Shodder or Shatto 29 Dec 1849. They
probably had a daughter Lidia Hunt b abt 1849 in Cuyahoga, Co., OH.

There was a Horace Hunt in the 1840 Cantfield twp, Trumbull Co., OH.
This is where Betsey and her first husband, Ephraim Shatto, lived at
that time also. This Horace HUNT could be related to a Samuel Hunt,
Ezra Hunt, and Moses Hunt, for they all lived in this area.

A Betsey Hunt m. Hiram M McNary 2 Apr 1857 in Cuyahoga, Co., OH. Could
this be the Widow of Horace Hunt?

Note: Probably not for they appear to be to young per the Census
records.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
