Dear Nancy,

This is not Rootsweb. It is put up by the Cuyahoga County Probate
Judge. It is an official site. It seems to only contain the marriage
index from 1810 to April 1998 and the probate cases which are more
recent, but I am not sure how far back they go. I see them from 1990,
but may be earlier.
This site seems to be working intermittantly. It is probably brand new
and we have probably bombarded it. We have a lot of people on this list
who probably all hit it in the same few hour time span. They may have
some server issues as well. Sorry, but I just passed on the message
after trying it myself and being impressed. Another lister pointed out
that it is an improvement over the microfiche because it only lists one
spouse per person, unlike the fiche which often has five to guess from.
