Hi again,
I was told by Logan Co. IL to make sure when I wrote for birth records
to also ask them to check late birth records. Those were ones that the
parents had registered late and apparently they don't automatically
check those if you ask for birth records.

I don't have a clue what other counties or states do including OH.
