I have been getting responses in 3 weeks. I think that is pretty good time.
I have heard that the Health department takes 3 or 4 months.
I went in person to Cleveland (Ohio) city hall thinking I could get my
certificates that day. The workers there were rather rude and uncooperative.
I went home empty handed, but wiser.
